Due to the digital nature of our products and the security of license delivery, we do not offer refunds in most cases. Please carefully review all product details before making a purchase, as all sales are final.

Exceptions for Refund Requests

While LandinBig generally does not offer refunds, in extremely rare cases, we may consider a refund request. However, this process is strict and requires extensive documentation for review. Examples of exceptional circumstances we might consider include:

  • Verified Error in License Delivery: The license provided does not match the product purchased.
  • Irreversible Technical Failure: The product fails to activate due to a critical error in the license that cannot be resolved, with documentation from the official software provider’s support.

Process for Requesting a Refund (Exceptional Cases Only)

For cases where the customer believes they have an exceptional circumstance, the refund request process is rigorous and requires precise detail. The mandatory steps are outlined below:

  1. Written Request by Postal Mail Only:
    • The refund request must be submitted exclusively by postal mail to the address listed on our contact page. Requests submitted via other means will not be considered.
  2. Required Documentation:
    • Detailed Explanatory Letter: Must include a thorough explanation of the issue, date of purchase, order number, and product name.
    • Original Proof of Purchase: Only a printed copy of the purchase receipt will be accepted.
    • Proof of Contact with Technical Support: Documents demonstrating that the customer attempted to resolve the issue with the official technical support (e.g., a letter or email from Microsoft, Adobe support, etc.).
    • Official Identification: Attach a printed copy of government-issued identification matching the purchaser’s name.
  3. Review and Response Timeframe:
    • The review process may take up to 30 business days. Only requests that meet all detailed requirements will be considered.
    • In the unlikely event that the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days of the approval notification.
  4. Final Notification:
    • The result of the review will be sent via postal mail. If the request is denied, a detailed explanation will be provided.

Please note that even with a complete request and required documentation, the likelihood of approval is extremely low. Most refund requests do not meet the stringent criteria set forth by our policy and, therefore, will not be approved.

Situations Not Covered by the Refund Policy

  • Change of Mind or Accidental Purchase: Requests for refunds due to a change of mind or accidental purchase will not be considered.
  • Technical or System Incompatibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify software compatibility with their system before purchasing.
  • Unauthorized or Non-Compliant Use: If the license has been used in an unauthorized manner or outside the terms of use set by the provider, the refund request will not be considered.

By completing a purchase at LandinBig, the customer agrees to and acknowledges this refund policy. Due to the rigorous process and requirements outlined, the probability of obtaining a refund is very low and will only apply in exceptional, well-documented cases.
